Senior Manager, Strategic Implementations (Fintech): Managing a team of Customer Activation Managers to drive efficient onboarding and product activation for hirify.global’s largest and most complex customers, with an accent on developing and standardizing implementation best practices. Location: Remote from the US or Canada. Headquarters in New York, NY and San Francisco, CA. Relocation support to NYC or SF is available as needed.

What you will do
- Manage and coach a team of 5-7 Customer Activation Managers to drive efficient onboarding and product activation for large enterprise customers.
- Oversee daily activities and quota performance to ensure the team exceeds product onboarding and spend activation goals while maintaining strong CSAT.
- Refine best practice playbooks for the Customer Activation team and optimize systems and processes to improve team output and efficiency.
- Develop and execute career development and leadership plans for direct reports, including daily 1:1 mentoring and enablement sessions.
- Act as a voice of the customer and key contributor to building out hirify.global’s Enterprise segment.
- Build and leverage Salesforce dashboards to monitor customer success and team performance, reporting findings to senior leadership.
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years of implementation or customer activation experience as an individual contributor, with a proven track record exceeding goals.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience building and leading implementation or customer success teams with a proven track record of exceeding goals.
- Prior demonstrated success in fast-paced, results-oriented Go-To-Market (GTM) environments, ideally at SaaS companies.
- Ability to articulate technical product and financial value points to customers, including executive leaders.
- Proficiency in data analytics tools such as Salesforce, Looker, and Excel.
- Strong collaboration, influencing, communication, and presentation skills.
Nice to have
- Experience with Accounting Software (e.g., Netsuite, QuickBooks, Xero, Sage) and/or Accounting (CPA).
