What you will do
- Manage a portfolio of strategic partners and maintain strong, long-term relationships.
- Communicate daily with partners, providing timely support and resolving issues.
- Drive performance growth and optimize partner activity.
- Identify new partnership and revenue opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to elevate partner results.
- Monitor partner performance using data and analytics tools.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Client Management / Partner Management / Business Development.
- Strong understanding of performance-driven environments.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage relationships while driving measurable performance outcomes.
- Strong technical orientation and ability to understand tracking platforms / technical setups.
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
Nice to have
- Russian language is an advantage.
- Additional languages are a big advantage.
