Location: Hybrid in Tel Aviv (3 days a week in office)

hirify.global is a B2B SaaS company providing sales intelligence and lead generation tools to help businesses find and connect with their ideal customers.

What you will do

  • Own and manage a high-volume portfolio of 300+ Mid-Market accounts.
  • Drive customer retention, expansion, and consistent revenue growth across the customer base.
  • Manage the full account lifecycle, including onboarding, adoption, and renewals.
  • Collaborate with Product, Billing, Marketing, and RevOps to remove blockers and ensure customer value.
  • Utilize data and AI tools to enhance decision-making and execution scale.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in Account Management or quota-carrying Sales roles.
  • Proven experience managing high-volume portfolios or large customer bases.
  • Strong organizational, prioritization, and multitasking skills.
  • Commercial mindset with a focus on retention and revenue expansion.
  • Ability to work effectively with data systems and AI tools in daily workflows.
  • Location: Must be based in Tel Aviv to support the hybrid work model (3 days/week in office).

Nice to have

  • Experience within B2B SaaS or RevTech environments.
  • Familiarity with MEDDPICC or Value Selling methodologies.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
