What you will do
- Own and manage a high-volume portfolio of 300+ Mid-Market accounts.
- Drive customer retention, expansion, and consistent revenue growth across the customer base.
- Manage the full account lifecycle, including onboarding, adoption, and renewals.
- Collaborate with Product, Billing, Marketing, and RevOps to remove blockers and ensure customer value.
- Utilize data and AI tools to enhance decision-making and execution scale.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Account Management or quota-carrying Sales roles.
- Proven experience managing high-volume portfolios or large customer bases.
- Strong organizational, prioritization, and multitasking skills.
- Commercial mindset with a focus on retention and revenue expansion.
- Ability to work effectively with data systems and AI tools in daily workflows.
- Location: Must be based in Tel Aviv to support the hybrid work model (3 days/week in office).
Nice to have
- Experience within B2B SaaS or RevTech environments.
- Familiarity with MEDDPICC or Value Selling methodologies.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
