Senior Revenue Operations Specialist (SaaS): Running internal commercial infrastructure like a product with an accent on Agile methodology, sprint discipline, and AI-driven process optimization. Focus on designing scalable revenue workflows, managing backlogs, and serving as the primary product owner for systems connecting Sales, Finance, and Customer Success.

Location: Hybrid, must be based in or able to commute to Paris, London, or Montpellier.

Salary: €55,000–€70,000 / £55,000–£70,000.

What you will do

  • Act as the Product Owner for internal revenue systems, defining roadmaps and aligning infrastructure with growth objectives.
  • Run RevOps like a product team by managing 2-week sprints, backlogs, and stakeholder expectations.
  • Design and document scalable revenue processes, including lead-to-cash, invoicing, and renewals.
  • Gather requirements from Sales, Finance, and CS teams and translate them into technical specifications for Salesforce.
  • Leverage AI tools to automate administrative tasks and identify efficiency gains across the GTM function.
  • Conduct UAT and coordinate feedback loops to ensure system improvements meet business needs.

Requirements

  • 5 to 7 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Product Management, or Business Systems Analysis within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Deep familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies, including sprint leadership and backlog management.
  • Strong understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem and ability to document technical requirements.
  • Proven ability to map complex business processes and translate them into scalable blueprints.
  • Advanced proficiency in using Generative AI to accelerate workflows and support GTM enablement.
  • Excellent communication skills to translate business needs into technical solutions for diverse stakeholders.
