What you will do

• Run RevOps like a Product Team, leading sprint planning and managing the backlog.
• Design and document scalable revenue processes, maintaining the RevOps "Product Documentation" in Notion.
• Act as the primary interface between business stakeholders and the technical configuration team, translating business needs into technical user stories.
• Leverage AI tools to automate administrative friction within the RevOps function.
• Champion AI adoption across Sales and CS, helping implement AI features that support the GTM journey.

Requirements

• Experience: 5 to 7 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Product Management, or Business Systems Analysis in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Agile Expertise: Deeply familiar with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• AI Literacy: Comfortable using Generative AI to accelerate workflows.
• Process Architecture: Proven track record of mapping complex business processes and translating them into technical requirements.
• Technical Fluency: Strong understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Proficiency in Notion is highly preferred.
