What you will do

  • Shape and deliver joint market development plans with Microsoft.
  • Build direct, high-value relationships with partner sales executives and sales teams.
  • Identify new opportunities, growth paths, and accounts by leveraging partner channels.
  • Scale industry service offerings and execute targeted sales strategies.
  • Take accountability for business growth, revenue targets, and technology adoption metrics.
  • Guide and coordinate cross-functional teams across hirify.global.

Requirements

  • Deep expertise in the cloud and AI ecosystem, including practical understanding of architectures, services, and how technology partners go-to-market.
  • Ability to build foundational elements of this role and collaborate cross-functionally to develop co-sell go-to-market strategies.
  • Strong consultative sales and business acumen to position hirify.global as a leading technology partner.
  • Advanced negotiation skills for structuring large, multi-partner engagements.
  • Proven experience developing and executing go-to-market strategies alongside partners.
  • Exceptional client relationship development skills, with a demonstrated ability to influence C-level and two-below stakeholders.
  • Demonstrable progressive experience in business development, technology consulting, or strategic alliance management.
  • Demonstrable track record in a senior sales, channel, or alliance leadership role with a focus on driving co-sell motions and achieving joint success with ecosystem partners.
  • In-depth practical exposure to cloud and AI platforms and services pertinent to your success.
  • Good understanding of Microsoft services and knowledge of working with the Microsoft partnership and sales organisation.
  • English: B2 required.
