What you will do
- Shape and deliver joint market development plans with Microsoft.
- Build direct, high-value relationships with partner sales executives and sales teams.
- Identify new opportunities, growth paths, and accounts by leveraging partner channels.
- Scale industry service offerings and execute targeted sales strategies.
- Take accountability for business growth, revenue targets, and technology adoption metrics.
- Guide and coordinate cross-functional teams across hirify.global.
Requirements
- Deep expertise in the cloud and AI ecosystem, including practical understanding of architectures, services, and how technology partners go-to-market.
- Ability to build foundational elements of this role and collaborate cross-functionally to develop co-sell go-to-market strategies.
- Strong consultative sales and business acumen to position hirify.global as a leading technology partner.
- Advanced negotiation skills for structuring large, multi-partner engagements.
- Proven experience developing and executing go-to-market strategies alongside partners.
- Exceptional client relationship development skills, with a demonstrated ability to influence C-level and two-below stakeholders.
- Demonstrable progressive experience in business development, technology consulting, or strategic alliance management.
- Demonstrable track record in a senior sales, channel, or alliance leadership role with a focus on driving co-sell motions and achieving joint success with ecosystem partners.
- In-depth practical exposure to cloud and AI platforms and services pertinent to your success.
- Good understanding of Microsoft services and knowledge of working with the Microsoft partnership and sales organisation.
- English: B2 required.
