Executive Engagement Principal Program Manager (Sales): Designs and manages ’s executive engagement strategy, focused on the customer-facing Executive Sponsorship Program with an accent on strengthening relationships with key executive stakeholders. Location: Hybrid
Salary: $158,000 - 229,000 (depending on location)

What you will do
- Develop and manage the Executive Customer Engagement Journey Framework, incorporating it into actionable resources.
- Define roles, responsibilities, and operational processes for executive sponsorship engagements across Sales, Marketing, and Executive Operations teams.
- Provide advisory services to Sales teams on executive account strategy and relationship management.
- Partner with the Executive team to optimize their involvement in customer engagements.
- Uncover opportunities for feedback loops to surface insights, pain points, and strategic interests from executive engagements.
- Track the impact of the engagement framework, providing regular reporting on key metrics.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in Program Management, Strategic Consulting, Sales Operations, Sales, or Customer Success.
- Proven experience in building and scaling strategic frameworks or programs in an enterprise environment.
- Exceptional consultative and advisory skills with the ability to influence executive and sales audiences.
- Strong analytical skills to synthesize complex data into actionable insights and reports.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience presenting to senior leadership.
Nice to have
- Experience working directly with Sales or Customer Success organizations and/or Executive Operations teams.
- MBA or Graduate degree.
- Strong familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and project/program management software (e.g. Asana).
- Familiarity with Data Analytics tools.
