Location: Hybrid role based in Redwood City, California. Engineering, product, design, and marketing teams work from the Redwood City office three days a week, and all other Bay Area employees join on Fridays.
Compensation: $175,000–$210,000

What you will do
- Own pipeline, bookings, and ARR forecasting; run GTM planning (quotas, territories, capacity) and quarterly business reviews.
- Design and refine end-to-end lead-to-cash and customer lifecycle processes to improve funnel conversion.
- Lead CRM architecture (Hubspot, Salesforce), GTM tech stack, data governance, and automation initiatives.
- Translate company strategy into GTM plans, partnering with Sales, Marketing, CS, Product, and Finance.
- Provide actionable analysis on pipeline health, conversion rates, rep performance, churn/expansion, and GTM efficiency.
Requirements
- 7–12 years of Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM strategy experience in B2B SaaS, ideally supporting high-growth enterprise sales motions.
- Proven ability to design scalable processes and lead cross-functional initiatives.
- Strong analytical and modeling skills; fluency in funnel metrics and SaaS KPIs.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and executive-level storytelling.
- Sets a high bar and consistently delivers excellence with a strong bias toward action.
