TL;DR

Senior Manager of Revenue Operations: Leading and scaling the revenue operations function to maximize business growth by setting strategy, targets, reporting, and systems. Focus on GTM planning, compensation administration, forecasting, and designing AI-enabled sales processes.

Location: Hybrid in NYC (minimum 3 days/week in HQ)

Salary: $160,000–$200,000 USD/year plus variable bonus and equity.

hirify.global is a product company providing a context engine for AI agents and applications, enabling engineering teams to use SQL to transform operational data into real-time views.

What you will do

  • Own annual and mid-year GTM planning, including capacity modeling and sales targets.
  • Administer compensation, commissions, territory management, and quota implementation.
  • Lead forecasting processes and maintain visibility into deals, pipeline, and risks.
  • Design and improve metrics, dashboards, and funnel reporting for business reviews.
  • Partner with Sales and Marketing on ICP definition, target accounts, and GTM campaigns.
  • Design, implement, and operate AI-enabled sales and revenue processes.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Strategy in high-growth B2B companies.
  • Experience supporting top-down enterprise software sales.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce and modern GTM tools (HubSpot, Clay, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Gong, Outreach, Chili Piper, Apollo).
  • Strong analytical and systems-thinking mindset.
  • Comfortable with financial modeling, building revenue, capacity, and quota models.
  • Must be based in NYC and work at least 3 days per week in the office.

Nice to have

  • Experience in infrastructure, data, database, or developer-focused software companies.
  • Experience using SQL for data analysis.
