Location: Remote - United States. Occasional duties outside standard working hours may be required due to time zones.

Salary: $225,000 - $265,000

What you will do

• Utilize data and analytics for market research, competition assessment, and product insights.
• Drive product strategy, roadmap, and Go-To-Market efforts.
• Grow the partner ecosystem and present to senior leadership.
• Collaborate with engineering, UX, and other product teams to create high-value products.
• Engage with field teams and customers to remove blockers and enable growth.
• Mentor Product Managers of all levels and guide the team.

Requirements

• 10 or more years driving broad efforts across a product portfolio.
• In-depth experience building and launching cloud-based products across the full-lifecycle.
• Experience working in a highly technical domain and driving large technical initiatives.
• Experience driving decisions from analytic tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Heap, and Amplitude.
• Must be a strong communicator both orally and written, able to articulate product value to diverse audiences.
• Comfortable speaking at industry events to represent the product and demonstrating its value.
• Love to learn and insatiably curious, with essential customer empathy.

Nice to have

• Experience working in remote-first companies and navigating a large distributed team.
• Comfortable driving large strategic efforts and getting buy-in from executive stakeholders.
• Background working with Enterprise data products and pipelines.
• Experience building AI model-driven experiences.
• Experience working with a large variety of IT and Security tools and technologies.
• Experience working with products deployed across multiple types of environments and infrastructure (Cloud, on-prem, hybrid, containers / K8s).
• A seasoned public speaker.
