What you will do

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for complex and senior-level technical roles (Engineering, QA, DevOps, Product, Data).
  • Partner with hiring managers and leadership to define hiring strategy and ideal candidate profiles.
  • Develop and execute advanced sourcing strategies to attract high-quality active and passive candidates.
  • Conduct in-depth screening interviews and manage technical assessments and interview calibration.
  • Provide market intelligence, salary benchmarking, and competitive landscape insights.
  • Contribute to process optimization, recruiting best practices, and mentor junior recruiters as needed.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in Technical Recruiting, with demonstrated success hiring for complex technical roles.
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycles, engineering structures, and technical terminology.
  • Professional-level English proficiency (spoken and written).
  • Proven experience sourcing and closing senior-level or hard-to-fill technical roles.
  • Experience advising hiring managers and influencing hiring decisions.
  • Strong experience with ATS platforms (e.g., Workable) and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter).
