Microsoft Co-Sell Manager (Alliances): Orchestrates day-to-day co-sell execution between hirify.global and Microsoft account teams to accelerate deal momentum, focusing on pipeline creation and partner-sourced revenue. Focus on managing opportunities, maintaining co-sell hygiene, and ensuring proper deal registration and progression through Microsoft channels.

Location: Remote, with expected in-person collaboration for at least 3 days. Must be based in the USA (excluding Hawaii).

Salary: $150,000–$185,000 USD (mix of base salary and bonus).

What you will do

  • Support Sales, Presales, Channel, and Alliances teams with deal intake, opportunity qualification, and Microsoft alignment.
  • Coordinate joint account mapping and pipeline management with Microsoft.
  • Run regular joint pipeline sync meetings, ensuring accurate deal stages and co-sell registrations.
  • Translate Microsoft’s go-to-market plays into account-specific action plans and identify whitespace sales opportunities.
  • Enable bidirectional communication between hirify.global and Microsoft sellers on priorities and offerings.
  • Manage customer retention strategy, ensuring strong relationships and effective Microsoft support alignment.
  • Serve as the primary escalation, coordination, and communication point for Microsoft across NORAM sales, delivery, and leadership teams.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in partner management, alliances, or channel sales, preferably in technology services or cloud/software sales environments.
  • Strong working knowledge of the Microsoft ecosystem: Azure, Copilot, Security, MCAPS structure, incentives, co-sell, marketplace, and partner programs.
  • Proven experience driving partner-led revenue growth (ACR, cross-sell, upsell, and recapture).
  • Experience working with Microsoft partners, channel programs, or co-sell motions.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and pipeline management.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through, along with excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  • Must have US work authorization.
  • Cannot consider candidates residing in the state of Hawaii.
