Senior AI Engineer

What you will do

• Design, build, ship, and own agentic AI systems end to end.
• Develop agent architectures with planning, tools, memory, and multi-step workflows.
• Build retrieval systems using embeddings, vector databases, and hybrid or grounded RAG.
• Establish evaluation workflows with offline datasets, regression tests, and monitoring.
• Improve LLMOps and AgentOps through tracing, cost and latency optimization, and reliability practices.
• Deploy production AI services and backend systems using APIs, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD.

Requirements

• Strong Python engineering skills and experience writing production-quality code.
• Experience building LLM-powered applications and hands-on agentic AI systems.
• Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, or similar frameworks.
• Backend engineering experience with APIs, FastAPI, Postgres, and event or workflow systems.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and at least one major cloud platform: AWS, Azure, or GCP.
