AI Enablement Engineer

TL;DR

AI Enablement Engineer (AI/Internal Tools): Building and scaling internal AI workflows and integrations to optimize productivity across engineering, GTM, and operations teams with an accent on agent frameworks, LLM tooling, and SaaS API orchestration. Focus on driving internal adoption, implementing robust AI governance, and delivering measurable time-saving solutions.

Location: Hybrid role, must be able to work at least 3 days per week from an office in Berlin, Iasi, or London.

What you will do

• Identify and build high-leverage AI workflows to remove friction across engineering, GTM, and operations.
• Develop end-to-end internal tools and agents connecting the company's SaaS stack (HubSpot, Notion, Linear, Gong).
• Evolve AI architecture based on internal feedback and measurable performance improvements.
• Drive adoption through hands-on workshops, pair sessions, and office hours.
• Partner with Security and IT to implement governance, access scoping, and audit trails for AI systems.
• Stay current with the latest AI models and tools to integrate cutting-edge solutions into business processes.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional software engineering experience with production-grade Python.
• Hands-on experience with modern LLM tooling, agent frameworks, and prompt engineering.
• Strong experience with SaaS API integrations (REST, webhooks, OAuth).
• Exceptional communication skills for working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Fluent English proficiency.
• Ability to work onsite at least 3 days per week in Berlin, Iasi, or London.

Nice to have

• Prior experience in technical enablement, internal tools, or platform engineering.
• Experience integrating unstructured data into AI workflows.
• Familiarity with AI governance and data classification in regulated industries.
• Experience running workshops or internal training sessions.
