Data Engineer (AI Enablement)

Location: Hybrid role based in Berlin, Dublin, Iași, or London

What you will do

• Identify high-impact workflows where AI can reduce operational friction across Engineering, GTM, Customer Success, Finance, and Operations.
• Build and own internal tools, AI agents, and integrations connecting the SaaS stack to employee workflows.
• Drive adoption through workshops, pair programming, and office hours, measuring active usage and time saved.
• Partner with Security and IT to implement access controls, guardrails, and audit trails for customer data.
• Evaluate the evolving AI landscape and introduce valuable models and tools into the business.

Requirements

• 3+ years of software engineering experience delivering production Python in cloud-native environments.
• Practical experience with modern LLM tooling, including agents, tool use, prompt engineering, MCP, and evaluations.
• Hands-on experience integrating SaaS APIs using REST, webhooks, and OAuth.
• Pragmatic approach focused on tangible user adoption rather than unnecessary architectural complexity.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Nice to have

• Experience with internal tools, Developer Experience, platform engineering, or technical enablement.
• Experience handling unstructured data or AI governance in regulated industries.
• Comfort hosting internal workshops or pair-programming sessions.
