What you will do
- Manage and grow a designated territory, focusing on acquiring new Commercial clients and expanding existing accounts.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through proactive prospecting, inbound leads, cold calling, and networking.
- Design and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed quarterly sales targets and drive new business growth.
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell hirify.global’s solutions within existing accounts.
- Confidently present to C-suite executives, articulate value propositions, and lead high-stakes negotiations.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and leverage partner relationships to develop tailored solutions.
Requirements
- 4+ years of SaaS sales experience, preferably in security with a focus on Commercial accounts.
- English: C1+ (fluent in speaking and writing)
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and KPIs.
- Demonstrated experience in delivering forecasts to upward management.
- Advanced skills in prospecting, pipeline building, strategic account planning, value-based selling, and territory management.
- Proficient in Salesforce and able to document all stages of the sales cycle accurately.
- Ability to understand and articulate complex cybersecurity concepts, particularly in Identity and Access Management.
- Resilient, self-motivated, and committed to consistently achieving targets while thriving in a remote environment.

- Experience with MEDDPPICC.
- Proficiency with Slack, Zoom, LinkedIn Sales Navigator & Outreach.
- Willingness to travel within your region for client meetings and industry events.
