TL;DR

Location: Remote, must be based in the USA.

What you will do

  • Develop, manage, and expand relationships with both existing and new Managed Service Provider (MSP) partners.
  • Drive incremental sales and revenue growth through targeted sales initiatives.
  • Recruit, onboard, and train new MSP partners.
  • Deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasts, pipeline updates, and business activity reports.
  • Introduce, educate, and train MSPs on new products, upgrades, and solutions.
  • Lead quarterly business planning sessions with assigned service provider partners.
  • Collaborate across multiple departments to ensure seamless account management and communication.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in strategic account management, specifically selling cybersecurity solutions to the MSP market.
  • Solid skills in strategic business development, planning, and tactical sales execution.
  • Technical aptitude to deliver sales and product training.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and experience managing daily activities through CRM tools like Salesforce.
  • Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
  • English: B2 required.
  • Work authorization: Must be legally authorized to work in the USA.
