• Expand sales within existing and/or new accounts, building relationships with key decision-makers.
• Develop and execute strategic business plans for accounts, mapping solutions to customer requirements.
• Document customer contact and activity data in CRM/Marketing software.
• Ensure accurate forecasting and regular quarterly revenue delivery.
• Collaborate with Marketing to develop effective plans for accounts.
• Promote hirify.global’s products, maximize brand recognition, and publicize success stories.

Requirements

• Advanced expertise in field sales and account development to achieve sales objectives.
• Deep industry knowledge and thorough understanding of customer decision-making processes, goals, and strategies.
• Demonstrated experience with presentations, customer service, financial acumen, and negotiation skills at senior levels.
• Complete understanding of and ability to articulate upon the business and technical contexts of key accounts.
• Minimum 15+ years of relevant professional experience.
