What you will do

  • Build and scale full-funnel campaigns across paid, web, email, and experimental channels.
  • Drive testing, reporting, and analysis through KPIs to optimize programs and inform new strategies.
  • Develop personalization and tailored content plans to engage and convert target accounts.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Events, Creative, Sales, Client Success, and Product teams.
  • Design and maintain audience lists and prospecting strategies for account segmentation and targeting.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of demand generation or similar experience in a B2B environment.
  • Experience with building campaigns leveraging organic and paid channels (e.g., email, SEM, paid social, display/retargeting, events).
  • Experience using data to develop a point of view on campaign performance.
  • Deep experience with email marketing, including designing tailored drip programs and managing customer and prospect lists.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate complex programs.

Nice to have

  • Advanced experience working with HubSpot, SEM, SEO, paid social, and complimentary platforms.
