What you will do
- Assist in executing marketing campaigns to support new systems, cross-sell, retention, and migration goals.
- Coordinate with internal teams (creative, digital, content) to develop marketing assets and ensure timely deliverables.
- Set up, test, and deploy marketing campaigns using tools like Marketo and Salesforce.
- Monitor live campaign performance, pull data, track KPIs, and identify areas for optimization.
- Support marketing webinars, email campaigns, social media, and digital ads by organizing logistics and building assets.
- Maintain content and campaigns within marketing systems such as Pathfactory and Craft CMS.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 1–2 years of experience in B2B marketing or internship experience in a marketing function.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tactics such as email, social media, or paid search.
- Understanding of marketing automation and CRM platforms (experience with Marketo and Salesforce a plus).
- Strong communication, organizational, project coordination, and time management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
