What you will do
- Develop and execute the US influencer sales strategy and build scalable talent-led commercial offerings.
- Build direct relationships with US-based Talent Marketing, Influencer Marketing, and Brand Partnerships leads.
- Proactively pitch talent-led partnership concepts to agencies and clients, translating briefs into creator-driven proposals.
- Maintain strong working relationships with talent agencies and creator managers, structuring commercially viable talent agreements.
- Partner closely with Sales, Integrated Marketing, Editorial, and Video teams for cross-functional alignment.
- Monitor emerging creator trends and position hirify.global as a premium partner in influencer marketing.
Requirements
- 6–10 years of experience in influencer sales, talent partnerships, or creator representation.
- Proven track record selling talent partnerships to US brands or agencies.
- Established relationships with US-based Talent Marketing / Influencer Marketing decision-makers.
- Experience negotiating influencer contracts, including usage, exclusivity, and amplification.
- Deep familiarity with gaming, esports, creator economy, and entertainment verticals.
- Comfort operating in a fast-paced, growth-stage environment.
