Location: Remote, United Kingdom (flexibility for occasional travel).

Salary: £55,000–£65,000 /year

What you will do

  • Manage client relationships and serve as the primary point of contact for campaign strategy and execution.
  • Monitor campaign performance, provide insightful reporting, and offer strategic recommendations.
  • Lead the end-to-end project lifecycle and coordinate cross-departmental teams for seamless delivery.
  • Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and on brief.
  • Identify risks, implement mitigation strategies, and explore upsell opportunities.
  • Manage campaign budgets, track spend, and negotiate with external partners.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of account management experience at a creative agency, media company, or brand.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple high-priority and complex projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with experiential marketing and live event coordination.
  • Strong understanding of gaming culture, esports, and digital content trends.
  • Experience negotiating contracts and managing substantial campaign budgets.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
