What you will do

  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and outreach to negotiation and closing across the UK and European markets.
  • Build long-term relationships with game developers, publishers, and agencies as the primary contact for ad monetization solutions.
  • Develop tailored account plans and pitch materials for products including offerwalls and rewarded ads.
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and partner success teams to ensure campaign performance targets are met.
  • Monitor campaign performance, provide regular reporting, and recommend optimizations to maximize results and retention.
  • Represent the company at key industry events such as Gamescom and Pocket Gamer Connects.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in digital advertising sales, ad tech, or gaming monetization.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales quotas and managing the full sales cycle.
  • Strong understanding of performance advertising models (CPI, CPA, CPM) and the mobile gaming ecosystem.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and standard sales tooling.
  • Fluent English; additional European languages are strongly preferred.
  • Based in or willing to relocate to London, UK; must be eligible to work in the UK without sponsorship.

Nice to have

  • Experience with offerwall, rewarded video, or user acquisition advertising products.
  • Established network within the UK and European games industry (publishers, studios, or agencies).
  • Familiarity with mobile game monetization metrics such as ARPU, LTV, and ROAS.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
