What you will do

• Lead and manage 100+ game releases across 20+ jurisdictions, coordinating between technical and non-technical teams.
• Drive the design and implementation of automation and AI-assisted workflows to enhance release readiness and configuration tasks.
• Collaborate with compliance teams and GLI to manage game submissions and track the certification process.
• Verify all checkpoints for game readiness and prepare essential release documentation for operators.
• Maintain and update Monday.com roadmaps to ensure transparency and alignment on release timelines.
• Coordinate the resolution of post-launch issues and conduct retrospectives to implement process improvements.

Requirements

• Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously with a high level of accuracy and detail.
• Effective stakeholder management skills, with the ability to foster trust across diverse teams.
• Experience working in a regulated online environment with a clear understanding of certification and compliance standards.
• Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid setup in Chiswick, United Kingdom.
