What you will do
- Own the full sales cycle across strategic enterprise accounts in the Nordic region.
- Build market presence and establish hirify.global as a trusted partner for digital transformation.
- Engage with senior stakeholders to develop tailored AI-led solutions.
- Deliver compelling product demos and business cases.
- Negotiate commercial terms and pricing.
- Partner cross-functionally to deliver localised messaging and customer success.
Requirements
- 8+ years of full-cycle enterprise sales experience, with a proven ability to close six-figure SaaS deals.
- Track record of success selling into large, multi-stakeholder accounts across the Nordics.
- Strong business acumen and storytelling ability.
- Experience selling in under-penetrated markets.
- Fluent in Swedish or Norwegian & English
Nice to have
- Previous experience at a high-growth SaaS company.
- Understanding of SaaS consolidation, workplace transformation, or productivity tooling.
- Knowledge of how to localise go-to-market messaging and tactics for culturally diverse markets.
