What you will do
- Manage a portfolio of Global Systems Integrators (GSI's) and Regional SIs (RSIs) to achieve partnership goals.
- Support partners in go-to-market activities such as business planning, pipeline development, and sales enablement.
- Ensure successful execution of business plans by developing and managing relationships within the partner network.
- Work with partners to expand into new strategic areas, including new workloads, industry verticals, and service lines.
- Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders, typically at Senior Manager / Managing Director level.
- Organize and execute events with and for the partner community, pitching hirify.global's value proposition up to C-Level.
Requirements
- 8+ years of professional experience in Channel Management, SaaS Sales, Consulting, and/or Business Development in Cloud or Software Technology.
- Experience working with SIs to leverage their strategic influence to drive technology sales and delivery capabilities.
- Proven experience in delivering strong results in pipeline generation and bookings.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Excellent communication skills, verbal & written in Swedish, Norwegian, Danish & English.
- Ability to travel between 25% - 50% in some months.
