TL;DR

Partner Development Manager (AI/Data): Managing a portfolio of Global and Regional Systems Integrators to achieve partnership goals such as new customers, annual contract value, and certifications with an accent on go-to-market activities, business planning, and sales enablement. Focus on expanding partnerships into new strategic areas and building relationships with key stakeholders.

Location: Remote (EMEA North: Sweden, Norway, Denmark)

What you will do

  • Manage a portfolio of Global Systems Integrators (GSI's) and Regional SIs (RSIs) to achieve partnership goals.
  • Support partners in go-to-market activities such as business planning, pipeline development, and sales enablement.
  • Ensure successful execution of business plans by developing and managing relationships within the partner network.
  • Work with partners to expand into new strategic areas, including new workloads, industry verticals, and service lines.
  • Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders, typically at Senior Manager / Managing Director level.
  • Organize and execute events with and for the partner community, pitching hirify.global's value proposition up to C-Level.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of professional experience in Channel Management, SaaS Sales, Consulting, and/or Business Development in Cloud or Software Technology.
  • Experience working with SIs to leverage their strategic influence to drive technology sales and delivery capabilities.
  • Proven experience in delivering strong results in pipeline generation and bookings.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal & written in Swedish, Norwegian, Danish & English.
  • Ability to travel between 25% - 50% in some months.

  • Experience with GSI and SI partners.
