What you will do
- Own the full sales cycle from pipeline generation to renewal across strategic enterprise accounts in the Benelux region.
- Build market presence and establish hirify.global as a trusted partner for digital transformation in large organizations.
- Engage with senior stakeholders, including C-level executives, to develop tailored AI-led solutions.
- Deliver compelling product demos and business cases.
- Negotiate commercial terms and pricing in line with strategic account planning.
- Partner cross-functionally with internal teams to deliver localized messaging and provide market insights to influence product strategy.
Requirements
- 8+ years of full-cycle enterprise sales experience, with a proven ability to close six-figure SaaS deals.
- Track record of success selling into large, multi-stakeholder accounts across Benelux.
- Strong business acumen, executive presence, and storytelling ability.
- Experience selling in under-penetrated markets or operating as the first rep in-region.
- Comfort navigating ambiguity and building structure where little exists.
- Fluent in Dutch & English.
- Curiosity and willingness to adopt AI tools to work smarter and deliver better results.
Nice to have
- Previous experience at a high-growth SaaS company or in a similar greenfield environment.
- Understanding of SaaS consolidation, workplace transformation, or productivity tooling.
- Knowledge of how to localise go-to-market messaging and tactics for culturally diverse markets.
