What you will do
- Lead the building and scaling of an outstanding sales development team.
- Support and shape pipeline generation strategy for the Benelux & Nordics team.
- Manage the team’s multi-million dollar new business pipeline target and coach team members.
- Collaborate with cross-functional regional leadership to maximize team contribution.
- Maintain strong reporting, accountability, and attainment against quota.
- Analyze team performance and funnel data to identify and fix inefficiencies.
Requirements
- Experience as a Sales Development Manager with consistent overachievement.
- Proven experience in growing sales development teams by recruiting and developing SDRs/BDRs.
- Expertise in value selling, prospecting, and opportunity qualification sales processes.
- High proficiency in leveraging sales tools like Salesforce, Outreach/Salesloft.
- Prior experience in cloud, big data, and AI is highly preferred.
- Business fluency to a minimum C1 level in Dutch or a Nordic language (Swedish, Norwegian, Danish or Finnish) is mandatory.
