What you will do
- Own full-cycle sales from prospecting and discovery to closing and onboarding.
- Focus on net new customer acquisition within the DACH SMB and Mid-Market segments.
- Develop hirify.global’s brand and community across the German-speaking ecosystem.
- Build relationships with prospective and current SMB and Mid-Market customers through regular in-person engagement.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, sales engineering, and customer success to ensure a seamless customer journey.
- Leverage usage data to identify activation signals and optimize conversion from free to paid.
Requirements
- Consistently exceeded pipeline targets through outbound prospecting, cold calling, and data-driven identification of high-potential SMB and Mid-Market accounts.
- Converted product-qualified leads and free-tier users into long-term paying customers, owning the full discovery and demo process.
- Built presence in new markets (e.g., DACH), generating awareness and pipeline from the ground up.
- Managed multi-touch sales cycles using tools like Salesforce, Outreach, and hirify.global.
- German-speaking proficiency is required.
- Monthly travel across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland is required.
