What you will do
- Negotiate renewal contracts using sound business judgment to maximize value and maintain customer relationships.
- Develop and maintain accurate renewal forecasts in collaboration with sales teams.
- Identify customer needs and drive on-time renewal closure with strong account management.
- Monitor customer health metrics and develop risk mitigation strategies.
- Engage customers on renewal readiness and contract options, including multi-year agreements.
- Collaborate with Legal, Deals Desk, and Sales Operations to finalize contracts and resolve issues.
Requirements
- Location: Tokyo, Japan
- Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in Renewal Account Management or Customer Success.
- Experience with On Prem and SaaS enterprise software models.
- Advanced proficiency in contract renewal processes and customer retention.
- Strong communication, organizational skills, and a team player mindset.
- Proven track record of quota achievement and problem-solving initiative.
