What you will do

• Orchestrate client projects from start through completion, liaising with all departments and clients.
• Translate client requests into deliverables, estimates, and timelines, understanding scope implications.
• Manage simultaneous projects within budgetary and schedule constraints, monitoring progress and escalating risks.
• Lead quality assurance requirements for projects, ensuring the required level of quality through every step of delivery.
• Initiate project close-out activities and retrospectives.
• Lead efficient meetings and champion agency process and workflow optimization.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of related project management experience in Digital & Direct Mail campaign management at an advertising or media agency.
• Skilled at building strong working relationships with internal and external teams.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
• Strong communication skills are required.
