Location: Hybrid in Detroit, US. Must be based in the United States and eligible to work without sponsorship due to US-specific benefits.

Salary: $127,000 - $140,000 USD

What you will do

  • Architect enterprise-wide customer experience strategies that span multiple brands, channels, and customer lifecycle stages.
  • Translate complex data landscapes into actionable customer insights and build measurement frameworks.
  • Lead and mentor a team of strategists, fostering growth and professional development.
  • Collaborate closely with creative, analytics, and technology teams to ensure strategic alignment and seamless execution.
  • Proactively identify and pitch strategic opportunities to clients, building strong advisory partnerships.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends in customer marketing, martech, data privacy, and AI to inform strategy.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 10+ years in customer marketing, CRM, demand generation, or marketing strategy.
  • 5+ years in a senior strategic planning or leadership role.
  • Proven success leading teams and mentoring junior strategists.
  • Experience managing large, complex, multi-brand accounts.
  • Strong ability to see the big picture, identify patterns, and develop forward-thinking recommendations.
  • Working knowledge of marketing automation, CDP platforms, data activation, and personalization technologies.
