What you will do
- Define and lead lifecycle and automation strategies across client accounts to drive engagement, retention, and revenue.
- Translate business objectives into scalable customer journey frameworks.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of email and marketing automation specialists.
- Serve as a senior strategic advisor to clients, leading performance reviews and roadmap discussions.
- Standardize processes, frameworks, and reporting across accounts for operational excellence.
- Contribute to forecasting and profitability management within the channel.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in digital marketing, including strong experience in email, lifecycle, or marketing automation.
- Proven track record of driving measurable engagement and revenue impact.
- Experience leading teams in a client-facing or performance-driven environment.
- Strong understanding of marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, segmentation strategy, and analytics.
- Confident communicator with experience presenting to senior stakeholders.
- High ownership mindset and ability to operate in a growth-oriented environment.
