Senior Growth Marketing Manager (AI): Responsible for developing and executing high‑impact strategies to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention with an accent on KPI‑driven growth marketing utilizing a modern‑day MarTech stack. Focus on data‑driven insights to drive campaign optimizations and efficiencies and applying AI to improve customer experiences and internal workflows.
Location: Expected to work from the hirify.global office in the U.S. at least four days per week if living within a 50-mile commute of a designated hirify.global office.
Salary: USD $106,400 – $222,600 per year.

What you will do
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that drive growth across the entire customer funnel.
- Analyze complex data sets to establish key growth metrics and identify optimization opportunities.
- Establish principles for measuring Return on Investment (ROI) and setting payback periods.
- Lead A/B testing and experimentation to improve the performance of creative, targeting, landing pages, and onboarding.
- Perform sophisticated user segmentation to improve conversion through tailored targeting and personalized customer journeys.
- Collaborate with executive leadership, product, sales, and customer success teams to align growth initiatives with overall business objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, Public Relations, or related field AND 3+ years of integrated marketing experience OR equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of prior experience in a role partnering closely with sales, product, or engineering teams.
- 3+ years of experience using data analysis or business intelligence tools.
- 3+ years of experience owning a growth channel such as email, paid, experimentation, incentives, etc.
- Hands‑on experience directly growing and platforming an ad tech product.
- Experience utilizing Marketing Technology, i.e., Adobe, Dynamics Customer Insights (DCI) Data and Journeys, or other Customer Data Platforms (CDPs), and CRMs.
Nice to have
- Master’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, Public Relations, or related field AND 2+ years integrated marketing experience OR Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, Public Relations, or related field AND 5+ years integrated marketing experience OR equivalent experience.
- Familiarity with sophisticated attribution methodologies such as multi‑touch attribution and media‑mix models.
- Proficiency in SQL to write queries for data pulling and analysis.
- Deep understanding of ad platforms and/or B2B marketing.
