What you will do

  • Sell mission-critical and transformational projects to enterprise organizations.
  • Create and execute a strong territory strategy with multiple resources.
  • Collaborate closely with hirify.global Core Account Executives, Sales Engineering, and Business/Sales Development teams.
  • Align with RevOps, BusApps, IT, Legal, Sales, and Operations executives.
  • Source new logos and expand current customer accounts through up-sell and cross-sell motions.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States (West Coast).
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales and prospecting quotas.
  • Strong prospecting experience.
  • Strategic mindset for deep discovery and aligning to multiple decision makers.
  • Demonstrated drive and results-orientation as a high-performing sales professional.
  • Champion customer success with a serious commitment to their business.

Nice to have

  • SaaS and/or Salesforce ecosystem experience.
