What you will do

• Establish and manage strategic relationships within hirify.global's partner ecosystem to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
• Architect GSI multivendor solutions, ensuring their integration and functionality.
• Collaborate with Partner Alliance Leaders and manage relationships with GSI partner executives and sales teams.
• Lead partner training and enablement on hirify.global products and Go-To-Market strategies.
• Scale partner sales activities, including pipeline generation and management.
• Engage clients to define use cases and quantify value.

Requirements

• Expert level GSI account management and global systems integration methods.
• Expert level account management of clients using specialized component subsystems.
• 5+ years working with Global System Integrator (GSI) partner channel sales.
• 10+ years working in partner sales, with at least 3 years in a specialized vertical requiring global systems integration.
• Proven track record in value consulting selling.
• English: B2 required.
