Location: Remote (must be based in Southern California)

Salary: $230,000 - $300,000 OTE

What you will do

• Build and maintain executive relationships with strategic partners to drive sourced and influenced pipeline growth.
• Operationalize co-selling and co-delivery motions aligned with field priorities.
• Design repeatable plays for sourcing new opportunities via campaigns, events, and account mapping.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Legal to scale partner processes.
• Align partners to territories and participate in key deal reviews and account planning.

Requirements

• Proven experience in channel, alliances, or partner management within B2B SaaS.
• Demonstrated success in recruiting and activating SI/VAR partners.
• Background in search, AI, productivity, or enterprise SaaS.
• Must be based in Southern California.
• Track record of executing joint GTM and business plans that result in revenue.
