Location: Onsite in Stockholm, Sweden. The role focuses on the Nordics market.

What you will do

  • Identify and deeply understand selected retail and e-commerce brands in the Nordics, mapping stakeholders and tech stacks.
  • Spot growth triggers like expansion, rebranding, new markets, funding, or platform changes.
  • Craft tailored outreach strategies (email, LinkedIn, events, cold-calls, gifting, partnerships) and relevant messaging.
  • Experiment with creative ways to gain attention and build trust with prospects.
  • Strengthen hirify.global's position in the retail & e-commerce market in the Nordics and collaborate with Marketing and Sales on campaigns.
  • Plan, test, and optimize outreach using modern sales technology to achieve clear goals.

Requirements

  • Excellent writing and communication skills, with an ability to create relevant messaging.
  • Strong research ability to turn scattered information into clear insights.
  • Commercial mindset and ambition to grow within B2B SaaS.
  • Comfortable working in a structured way with data and CRM systems.
  • Fluency in Swedish or Norwegian is mandatory.
  • Professional level English is mandatory.
