TL;DR

Win Back Specialist: Minimizing churn and maximizing customer retention within the Nordic Public Procurement sector with an accent on proactively re-engaging churned customers, providing tailored solutions, and recovering lost revenue. Focus on developing and executing effective strategies to secure the return of dissatisfied clients and ensuring accurate data management for winback activities.

Location: Hybrid (2 days onsite) in Stockholm, Sweden or Copenhagen, Denmark. hirify.global does not provide relocation support; candidates must already be based in or have work authorization for the country where the role is located.

What you will do

  • Proactively engage with churned customers and investigate reasons for leaving.
  • Develop and execute effective strategies to re-engage and secure client returns.
  • Act as the primary contact for churned customers, offering exceptional service and support.
  • Ensure accurate and timely data management for all winback activities.
  • Handle specific cases involving cancellation requests and new agreement setups.

Requirements

  • Proven experience (ideally 2+ years) in outbound sales or a highly proactive customer-facing role, particularly within a SaaS environment.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding targets and KPIs.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including proficiency in cold calling and persuasive email writing.
  • Resilience and persistence in outbound outreach.
  • Fluency in Danish and/or Swedish as well as English.

Nice to have

  • Curiosity and a consultative mindset.
  • Experience with CRM systems such as SalesForce or HubSpot.
  • Experience within the public procurement market.
