What you will do
- Develop and grow revenue through consultative selling and product demonstrations.
- Provide pre-sales technical support to prospective customers.
- Analyze hirify.global's market segment and generate recommendations for product roadmaps.
- Investigate issues reported by customers and communicate with internal product development teams for resolution.
- Provide email and telephone-based pre and post-sales technical support for software products.
Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Solid understanding of computer networking principles (Firewalls, Network Protocols, Subnetting).
- Knowledge of mobile computing platforms (Android, iOS and Windows Mobile).
- Able to plan, prioritize and organize workload, consistently working within service standards.
- Ability to drive and support Proof of Concept (PoC) initiatives to demonstrate product value.
Nice to have
- Proficiency in any other Nordic language.
- Prior experience with mobile device management solutions and enterprise mobility, BYOD, or SaaS.
- Knowledge of Active Directory, certificates, or CRM solutions.
- Experience with databases, such as Microsoft SQL server, MY SQL, or Oracle.
- Experience with containerization and virtualization.
