What you will do

• Maintain and manage sales CRM data for accuracy and completeness.
• Perform regular data audits and create monitoring workflows to ensure data integrity across platforms.
• Administer sales tools including Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Clari, Salesloft, LinkedIn Navigator, and Gong.
• Identify process improvements and implement tooling to automate repetitive manual tasks.
• Provide training, documentation, and ongoing support to sales teams regarding proper data management and tool usage.
• Collaborate with sales leadership and cross-functional teams to align data management efforts and translate business needs into scalable system solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in sales operations, data analysis, or a related field (preferably within a B2B environment).
• Strong proficiency in data management tools, CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot), and Excel.
• Familiarity with sales analytics tools and business intelligence platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Excellent attention to detail, a strong analytical mindset, and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
