Location: Must be based in Romania (Bucharest), offering a hybrid work model.

What you will do

  • Manage third-party and intercompany risk processes as a key interface between departments and the 2nd line of defense.
  • Conduct due diligence assessments for supplier onboarding, including commercial, LKSG, CSR, and ethics risks.
  • Review risk analyses with a focus on outsourcing requirements, information security, and data protection.
  • Advise operational supplier owners on risk process requirements and compliance standards.
  • Ensure proper documentation and reporting to Procurement and regulatory departments.
  • Optimize 1st line of defense risk processes in alignment with legal regulations and company standards.

Requirements

  • German language proficiency is mandatory.
  • Bachelor or Master degree with career aspirations in finance or IT.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to communicate complex subjects clearly and concisely.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools.
  • Interest in technological advancements and payment industry trends.
