What you will do

• Manage high-value or complex customer accounts independently.
• Address non-standard billing issues and implement corrective actions.
• Develop and execute strategies for collecting overdue accounts.
• Prepare comprehensive financial reports and credit analyses.
• Act as a point of contact for escalated credit and billing issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or a related field.
• Proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Experience with ERP systems.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively under deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
