What you will do

• Assess risks and internal controls to identify non-compliance and operational inefficiencies.
• Review enterprise-wide processes to ensure accuracy and procedural efficiency.
• Develop and execute comprehensive audit programs and planning documents.
• Prepare audit reports and communicate findings to Corporate Audit management and clients.
• Utilize data analytic and statistical tools to analyze various data sources.
• Perform follow-ups on outstanding audit recommendations from prior audits.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 2-4 years of relevant internal audit, financial, or related business experience.
• Must be based in or able to work from Cluj-Napoca, Romania.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including presenting and interviewing.
• Proficiency in standard office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Nice to have

• CPA, CIA, or CISA certification.
• 2+ years of public accounting experience.
• Working knowledge of data analytics and statistical tools.
