TL;DR

What you will do

  • Own product-level messaging and positioning for SOS and Assignments, developing clear value propositions.
  • Build and execute Go-To-Market strategies for both product lines, including campaign briefs and content priorities.
  • Write and brief product landing pages, collaborating with the Senior Marketing Manager and external Webflow agency.
  • Create and maintain sales enablement materials, such as one-pagers, decks, and objection-handling guides.
  • Develop campaign ideas and briefs for paid, content, and events, collaborating with specialized teammates.
  • Track performance data and sales feedback to continuously sharpen messaging and campaign approaches.
  • Actively explore and test AI tools to speed up research, content briefing, and asset creation workflows.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally with exposure to product marketing, content strategy, or campaign management in a SaaS environment.
  • Proficient in both German and English.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally and collaborating with specialists.
  • Hands-on with tools like Figma, Canva, HubSpot, or Webflow, and actively incorporating or curious about AI tools.
  • A self-starter who can manage two product lines in parallel, prioritize, and stay organized.
  • Naturally curious and investigative, defaulting to talking to sales and customer feedback to understand the "why" behind the numbers.
