Product And Customer Marketing Manager (SaaS): Owning and shaping hirify.global’s product marketing function from the ground up, acting as the strategic link between product, sales, customer success, and marketing, ensuring products are clearly positioned, well understood, and compelling. Focus on go-to-market strategy and product launches to sales enablement and customer storytelling, influencing adoption, growth, and long-term customer value.

Location: Hybrid setup, with the freedom to work remotely or from our office in Zurich. On Thursdays, our team day, we meet together in our Zurich office.

What you will do

  • Build hirify.global’s product marketing function from the ground up.
  • Shape and execute product positioning, messaging, and value propositions.
  • Lead go-to-market strategies for new product launches and major updates.
  • Translate product features into compelling, customer-facing stories.
  • Develop deep customer and market insights by partnering with sales and customer success teams.
  • Enable sales and customer-facing teams with the right tools, narratives, and training.

Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing or a closely related role in B2B, SaaS, or a high-growth environment.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with product, sales, and customer teams.
  • A structured, self-driven mindset with the confidence to operate in ambiguity and build processes from scratch.
  • Comfort using customer insights, qualitative research, and performance data to inform decisions and prioritize impact.
  • Fluent English, with some communication skills German. French as a plus.
