Location: Hybrid in Zurich, Switzerland, with mandatory in-office team days on Thursdays.

What you will do

  • Build hirify.global’s product marketing function from the ground up, defining scope, priorities, and ways of working with product, sales, customer success, and brand and marketing teams.
  • Shape and execute product positioning, messaging, and value propositions, ensuring clarity, consistency, and strong differentiation for target personas.
  • Lead go-to-market strategies for new product launches and major updates, from narrative development to internal enablement and external activation.
  • Translate product features into compelling, customer-facing stories that clearly articulate benefits, outcomes, and use cases across industries and segments.
  • Develop deep customer and market insights by partnering with sales and customer success teams, conducting interviews, and analyzing feedback.
  • Create and maintain core product marketing assets, including pitch decks, one-pagers, white papers, website messaging, customer stories, and enablement materials.
  • Enable sales and customer-facing teams with the right tools, narratives, and training to confidently position hirify.global’s products throughout the full customer lifecycle.
  • Define success metrics for product marketing initiatives, track performance, and continuously iterate based on data, feedback, and business priorities.

Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong sense for storytelling and clarity, translating complex product features into customer-centric benefits.
  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing or a closely related role, with proven experience owning product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market initiatives.
  • Experience having built or scaled a product marketing function, ideally in B2B, SaaS, or a high-growth environment.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with product, sales, and customer teams, acting as a strategic partner.
  • A structured, self-driven mindset with the confidence to operate in ambiguity and build processes from scratch.
  • Comfort using customer insights, qualitative research, and performance data to inform decisions and prioritize impact.
  • Fluent English required, with some communication skills in German.
