TL;DR

Senior Change Manager (HR/Organizational Transformation): Designing and driving end-to-end change strategies for high-impact, enterprise-wide initiatives within the People Team with an accent on global adoption of new people programs. Focus on influencing without authority, navigating complexity, and aligning leaders across a global organization.

Location: Hybrid in San Mateo, CA, requiring 2 days in office per week. Must have US work authorization.

Salary: $145,400–$218,200 USD

What you will do

  • Lead change management strategy and execution for marquee HR initiatives.
  • Serve as the change owner for the launch of a new enterprise performance framework globally.
  • Identify and address change impacts, risks, and dependencies across a matrixed organization.
  • Partner with senior HR leaders to align on expectations, messaging, and leadership behaviors.
  • Design pragmatic, fit-for-purpose change plans grounded in proven frameworks.
  • Define and track adoption and effectiveness metrics, iterating strategies in real time.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience leading change management, organizational transformation, or large-scale initiatives.
  • Proven experience owning change end-to-end for enterprise-wide programs.
  • Strong grounding in change management frameworks and methodologies.
  • Exceptional communication and influencing skills.
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity and navigating competing priorities.
  • English: B2 required.

  • Experience supporting HR or people-related transformations.
  • Experience working in global, matrixed organizations.
  • Experience in gaming, entertainment, or creative environments.
  • Background in HR, Talent, OD, or consulting.
