TL;DR

Talent Acquisition Analyst: Finding top-tier talent for the Australian office and global network with an accent on talent intelligence, process optimization, and high-growth scaling. Location: Hybrid (Sydney, Australia). Preferential consideration will be given to candidates based locally. This position is not eligible for visa assistance/sponsorship or relocation assistance.

What you will do

  • Recruit and hire top-tier talent for the Australian office, network, and internship programs, with occasional assignments for Philippines, Malaysia, and Singapore.
  • Act as a strategic partner to hiring managers, providing local talent pool information and benchmarking data.
  • Collaborate with various internal teams to ensure a successful hiring experience.
  • Maintain metrics, trackers, dashboards, and reports using ATS, Google Suite, and Jira.
  • Engage with third-party providers for background checks and conduct direct reference checks.
  • Support and maintain college recruiting and career development programs for the region.
  • Participate in and promote the hirify.global brand in employer brand initiatives.
  • Contribute to additional talent acquisition or people operations programs and projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • 2-5 years of demonstrated experience in full-cycle Talent Acquisition (TA) or Recruitment Management, with significant experience operating in a strategic lead or SME capacity.
  • Significant experience across multiple APAC countries (Australia and New Zealand required; Southeast Asia experience highly valued).
  • Proven ability to design, develop, and implement scalable, high-volume, and compliant recruitment programs and processes across multi-national environments.
  • Expert knowledge of complex regional recruitment and contingent workforce compliance, including visa processes, accredited employer obligations, and local labor laws across at least two major APAC jurisdictions.
  • Deep understanding of market analysis, salary benchmarking, employer branding, and effective use of advanced sourcing techniques and TA technologies (ATS/CRM/HRIS).
