• Operate as a trusted recruitment advisor for senior leaders and hiring managers within Home Lending and Business Banking portfolios.
• Take full ownership of the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for a high-profile financial services account.
• Design and execute effective sourcing strategies to deliver high-quality recruitment outcomes.
• Ensure a seamless, compliant process with a strong emphasis on candidate experience.
• Collaborate with a high-performing recruitment team to impact overall business performance.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Consultant.
• Experience managing high-volume stakeholder groups in a corporate environment.
• Ability to deliver best-in-class, end-to-end recruitment solutions.
• Must be based in Sydney and able to work hybrid (minimum 2 days onsite per week).
