What you will do
- Operate as a trusted recruitment advisor for senior leaders and hiring managers within Home Lending and Business Banking portfolios.
- Take full ownership of the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for a high-profile financial services account.
- Design and execute effective sourcing strategies to deliver high-quality recruitment outcomes.
- Ensure a seamless, compliant process with a strong emphasis on candidate experience.
- Collaborate with a high-performing recruitment team to impact overall business performance.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Consultant.
- Experience managing high-volume stakeholder groups in a corporate environment.
- Ability to deliver best-in-class, end-to-end recruitment solutions.
- Must be based in Sydney and able to work hybrid (minimum 2 days onsite per week).
