• Drive the workforce scaling efforts for the Australian Naval Shipbuilding Enterprise under the AUKUS investment.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in senior recruitment and talent acquisition leadership.
• Proven track record in proactive sourcing and headhunting within highly competitive markets.
• Must be based in Australia to meet candidates in person and attend the office when required.
• Ability to commit to either a full-time (5 days) or part-time (4 days) schedule.
