• Work in close partnership with stakeholders and hiring managers to identify and secure top talent.
• Contribute to strategic talent outcomes as part of a high-performing RPO team.
• Navigate and operate within a highly regulated industry environment to ensure compliance and quality.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Partner, preferably in an RPO context.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a client-facing environment.
• Proactive and detail-oriented approach to partnership-driven recruitment.
• Must be based in or able to work from North Sydney on a hybrid basis (3-4 days onsite).
