What you will do

  • Support marketing campaigns and programs for EMS software and devices.
  • Develop and maintain marketing materials, sales tools, product guides, and digital content.
  • Provide administrative support, including calendar management and project tracking.
  • Assist with trade show and event planning, logistics, and on-site coordination.
  • Coordinate shipments of demo units, literature, and promotional materials.
  • Support budget tracking, vendor communication, and marketing reporting.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing, events, or administrative support.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and Teams.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for events.

Nice to have

  • Medical device or EMS experience.
  • Experience with Salesforce or project management tools.
